Surveying our clients is a tool we use at various times of the year to gather candid and helpful feedback so we continue to improve our service. Here are recent comments from surveys conducted with current NGE clients.

The implementation process

  • Our NGE account manager was very helpful. The weekly conference calls helped. The templates were easy to populate.
  • Overall the implementation process went smoothly. There were a few issues with the HRA setup, since we did not understand the questions on the intake document and answered them incorrectly. These were corrected promptly upon discovery.
  • The implementation was great. The NGE Team responded very quickly to any questions we had during the process.
  • Reps were very quick to get everything set up on our time table.


Our ability to manage the open enrollment process

  • Overall things worked well. There was a learning curve since it was new to our employees. There were some rate issues, but that was due to the carriers, not NGE.
  • This was a first time on-line open enrollment for our company. NGE Management Team did a great job


Our year-round services

  • Our NGE account manager is always quick to respond whenever there are issues.
  • In the past six months, I have called on our NGE account manager and customer service for help and problems were always resolved. I have had other employees call customer service and they did get help with insurance issues.
  • Anytime an issue arises NextGen staff assist in a very timely manner in getting it resolved.


How working with NGE has helped our clients

  • Less time on carrier sites inputting data.
  • The fact that NGE transmits directly to the carriers and does the billing reconciliation has been a time saver.
  • NGE helped greatly with the paperwork for scanning Benefit Summaries. To make updates for employees profile are easy to access.
  • Premium reconciliations are cleaner and faster. We save so much time on enrollments, and benefits questions. And any question we have, we always get responses quickly! NGE keeps us on track with what we need to complete to better serve our employees through benefits.
  • It has streamlined it and made it much easier.
