  • Full Employee Portal for Participants providing for online claims filing, real-time balance, account history and the ordering of spousal and adult dependent Benefits MasterCards

  • Non-discrimination testing provided at the beginning and end of each Plan Year
  • Annual plan document and summary of material modification (SMM) updates due to legislative changes

  • Reimbursement methods include the Benefits MasterCard, direct deposit and paper check

  • Depending on plan design, able to offer a Benefits MasterCard for HRA reimbursements

  • Banking partner serving as the custodian is Bancorp Bank
  • Capabilities to have one debit card manage the HSA, Limited Scope Medical FSA, Dependent Care, and even Parking and/or Transit plans
  • One employee portal provides real-time balance information for each separate account tied to the same Benefits MasterCard
  • Administrative system providing online client access
  • Full Call Center support provided by NGE for balance inquiries, banking questions, and support on employee account administration questions
  • Various funding options for clients
  • Online Enrollment capabilities for employees to elect their annual deferral
